1. ±¤ÁßÇÕ º¹ÇÕ·¹ÁøÀÇ ÁßÇÕ·üÀº FTIR·Î ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´À» ¶§ 34.52-49.31%»çÀÌ·Î ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç ÇöóÁ ¾ÆÅ© ÁßÇÕÀÇ °æ¿ì Flipo´Â 39.96¡¾1.22%, Credi¥±´Â 45.64¡¾1.34%·Î, ÇÒ·Î°Õ ÁßÇսà XL3000Àº 43.48¡¾1.34%, VIPÀÇ mode 4 »ç¿ë½Ã´Â 44.31¡¾0.72%, LEDÀÇ LUXOMAX´Â 49.31¡¾2.37%. Elipar Freelight´Â 44.51¡¾0.62%. pulse-delay curing½Ã¿¡´Â 34.52¡¾0.85%·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
2. °¢ ÁßÇÕ ¹æ¹ýº°·Î ÁßÇÕ·üÀº LED ÁßÇÕ ¹æ¹ýÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ LUXOMAX°¡ ´Ù¸¥ ½ÇÇ豺¿¡ ºñÇÏ¿© °¡Àå ³ôÀº ÁßÇÕ·üÀ» ³ªÅ¸³ÂÀ¸¸ç pulse-delay curing ¹æ¹ýÀÌ °¡Àå ³·Àº ÁßÇÕ·üÀ» º¸¿´´Ù.
3. Flipo ÁßÇÕ±â, LUXOMAX ÁßÇÕ±â, pulse-delay curing ¹æ¹ýÀÌ ´Ù¸¥ ÁßÇÕ±â¿Í ºñ±³ÇÏ¿© Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷À̸¦ º¸¿´´Ù(p<0.05).
4. °¢ ÁßÇÕ¹æ¹ýÀÌ µ¿ÀÏÇÑ ±º ³»ÀÇ ÁßÇÕ±â±âº° Â÷ÀÌ¿¡¼­´Â Çҷΰտ¡¼­´Â ±¤ÁßÇձ⠻çÀÌ¿¡ ÁßÇÕ·üÀÇ Â÷À̸¦ º¸ÀÌÁö ¾Ê¾ÒÀ¸³ª ÇöóÁ ¾ÆÅ©¿¡¼­´Â Credi¥±°¡, LED¿¡¼­´Â LUXOMAX°¡ ÁßÇÕ·üÀÌ ³ô¾Ò´Ù(p<0.05).
The degree of conversion of cross-linked polymer has great importance in determining the physical and mechanical properties, and biocompatibility. Therefore, this study examined the comparison of light-cured composite resin polymerization of various light-curing systems composed of plasma arc, halogen. LED curing units and pluse-delay curing with FTIR.
From this experiment, The following results were obtained
1. From FTIR, the degree of conversion(DC) of composite resin was 34.52-49.31%, DC of composite resin used in Flipo was 39.36¡¾1.22%, Credill 45.64¡¾1.34%, XL3000 43.48¡¾1.34%. VIP(mode 4) 44.31¡¾0.72%. LUXOMAX 49.31¡¾2.37%, Elipar Freelight 44.51¡¾0.62% and 34.52¡¾0.85% in pulse-delay curing.
2. The degree of conversion of composite resin in each light-curing unit was highest DC of the LUXOMAX system, lowest DC of the pulse-delay curing.
3. Compared with other curing system, Flipo, LUXOMAX, and pulse-delay curing were significant difference(p(0.05).
4. In same curing method group, the differences of each light-curing unit were no signiflcace in halogen(conventional) curing method(p>0.05), but significance in plasma arc curing and LED curing method(p<0.05).
